Overview

Our solutions integrate all the business processes such as Financial Accounting, Invoicing and Inventory Controls to MLM Process to automate MIS reports.

Design Constraints

Offline Package: sluggish Internet access, limitations and representation of credit card users and high probability of hacking limits dependence on an online solution, not to forget high overall cost of ownership of such a system. The characteristics of such an offline package will be as under: -

1. Integration: It means connectivity of various modules of the software viz. connectivity of invoicing or billing module with accounts module.

2. Automation: This intends to artificial intelligence of the software, for instance, the package shall automatically debit joining fee and credit the payment received from an associate when he joins.

3. Multi-User Environment: On the closing dates, the joining rates are very high, so this suggests that the software must have multi-user capability. In other words, software should be compatible on LAN.

4. Graphical User Interface: The user perspective shall be on Windows Platform with single point entry interface. For example, the software shall automate all the associate related information from a single screen.

5. User Rights and Privileges: In a MLM company, each user had a different reporting level and responsibility. Thus, the software must log on each and every user through a password and login in order to grant rights and privileges as per his/her reporting level.

6. Backup and Restore: Database is the most critical component in any MLM company. So, a provision to take backups and rollbacks in case of any anomalies is also significant.

Online Package:-
The capability of online package is limited due to reasons discussed above but at the same time we cannot neglect the features of an online application viz. remote access etc. So, the online package helps in increasing volumes from distant places. Also, it helps in answering most of the associate queries. Premium characteristics of an online package are as under: -

1. Authentication: Only valid users shall be allowed to access associate or members zone.

2. User Interface: A self-defining user interface is critical to success rate of this package, as users can be considered as below average computer literates.

3. Data Synchronization: Some invalid entries are always expected in an online system, such as forged entries. So, only valid entries shall be synchronized with the offline entries.

4. Remote Access: The administrator shall also visualize traffic count at the site.

Functional Content

We can categorize the MLM Solutions to: Product Selling and Non Product Selling. A company selling home appliances, consumables etc can be foreseen as product selling while an organization selling donations coupons can be considered as non- product selling. Let’s consider the functional content of software for both of these categories as under: -

JOINING
  A person can join as an associate or distributor of such a company by signing up a joining form and purchasing a Product or a suite of products known as Starter Kit or Welcome Package to qualify as an associate or distributor. The associate is issued an Identification No. or Distributor No. Following processes are required: -· An account is generated with Title “ID No.” in the private accounts software.· An Invoice is issued against the Sales.· Vouchers are issued against the Sales to Financial and Private Accounts.· Stock is updated. A person can join as an associate or distributor of such a company or organization by signing up a joining form and purchasing a donation coupon, services etc. to qualify as an associate or distributor. An Identification No. is issued to the associate or distributor. Following processes are required: -· An account is generated with Title “ID No.” in the private accounts software.· Vouchers are issued against the transactions· A Receipt is issued against the amount received.

DISTRIBUTORS OR MEMBERS FUNCTIONS RELATED TO SALES PROCEEDS
  The distributor starts accumulating sales volumes by promoting company’s products against which he/she earns points or credits as per business plan. Following are the functions related to sales proceeds of an associate/distributor: -· Invoicing*· Business Volume or Points or Credits earned.· Genealogy· Member Queries When a member promotes a service he is entitled to incentives as per business plan or remuneration plan of company or the organization. INCENTIVES OR REMUNERATION
  The distributors are entitled to benefits in the form of incentives and gifts on the sales proceeds as per business plan.
